Our Program
There are several programs of study offered at the Institute of Chinese Martial Arts that are based on the individual student's goals. All of our programs are structured on a progressive step-by-step curriculum that provides the student with a well-rounded education in Chinese Martial Arts. Training consists of warm-up stretching and conditioning, various kicking and hand techniques, traditional empty hand and Chinese weapon forms, and specific techniques for practical self-defense. Students attain a well-rounded physical fitness by improving their stamina and endurance, flexibility, strength, coordination and balance, muscle tone and weight control.
